Case history: A 37 year old mother of two was referred to DGH by the GP for possible PCOS in 2019. Case History: We present a case of a 24 year old music teacher and who attended our medical assessment unit. The gentleman described a twelve day history of neck pain, malaise, and odynophagia having received treatment one month previously for a PVL positive Staphylococcus aureus (PVLSA) lip abscess for which he did not complete eradication therapy.
